Returns and Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 and hygiene purposes we do not accept returns.

In order for customers to be satisfied we vigorously check all items for damages before they are dispatched. We also take photos of your packages before dispatch in order for us to be certain nothing went wrong on our side :).

If there are any damages to your order feel free to message us through our contact forum within 24 hours of receiving your package, otherwise we will be unable to resolve the issue 

We do not pay for the cost of returns 

If you have put the wrong address and we have shipped your package we are not responsible for what happens to your package. But we understand everyone makes mistakes so if your parcel is returned to us we will get in contact with you <3.
